This cool-climate Grenache is a succulent, medium-bodied wine where fruit and earth both swiped right and found their soulmates. The lifted aromatics explode with strawberry-rhubarb pie, wild huckleberry and black cherries, which are perfectly balanced with the savory notes of candied bacon, fennel bulb and dried sage. The fruit hails from a single site in the Yakima Valley, and its clearly the star of the show here where thoughtful winemaking was used to highlight the purity of fruit. Plush, soft tannins coat the palate that is shortly followed with a bright burst of juicy acidity.

This wine is a year-round red, as its perfect for warmer weather back yard barbeques, or curled up with a good book or binge watch. Quite frankly, this is a bottle you can reach for at any given opportunity and you will be glad you did.
