Classic Sauv Blanc aromas of ruby red grapefruit, bright green herbs and a hint of ripe stone fruit pour from the glass. On the palate, it's fresh and juicy citrus, champagne mango and firm nectarine with a touch of gravelly minerals. Flexible with lighter dishes, we suggest food pairings covering a range of flavors - complimentary dishes with fresh herbs like mint, rosemary and cilantro are a favorite:  think grilled artichokes with whipped feta and fresh dill. Delicate seafood dishes and raw oysters are traditional pairings that always work. For a bold flavor contrast, pairing with herb-driven, spicy Thai and Viet dishes always hit the mark.
