NEW - 2024 Damsel Cellars Pinot Gris 'PERSEPHONE'
At the spring equinox our lovely Persephone returned to us! She displays her duality as the Goddess of rebirth and fertility and her role in death and destruction as Queen of the Underworld, after her marriage to Hades. Just as Persephone spent time in two worlds, our Pinot Gris was fermented in a concrete egg and in a stainless-steel tank. White peach and zesty lemon with medium acidity, she's a delight! Pair with seared scallops, dishes with sweet, fresh herbs and pasta with fresh goat cheese and lemon.
