We currently ship to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipment is permitted by law. It is your responsibility to confirm that wine shipment is legal in your state or locality before placing an order. Title and risk of loss for wine products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. An adult signature (age 21+) is required at the time of delivery.

If you enroll in a Damsel Cellars wine club, membership, or subscription program, additional terms and conditions will apply. By enrolling, you authorize Damsel Cellars LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described at the time of enrollment.
